The Lead training stimulates participants to discover new sources of inspiration within themselves to give shape to their personal communication power. Themes are authenticity, inspirational leadership, personal performance and cooperation.
The Lead's trainers come from the world of performing arts. The training style and exercises have their roots in theatre. With special theatre techniques, participants are challenged to explore their boundaries and break new ground. They become increasingly aware of their physical and intellectual performances. Physical and vocal exercises help 'personal presence', persuasiveness and authenticity to bloom.
Training is held in both English and Dutch.
